Wonderful service I never write reviews but after hearing a lot of good things about hosterdaddy I thought I'd give them a try. I was a little anxious at first after paying as my invoice still said 'awaiting payment' for a day, however after opening a support ticket Jona resolved everything very quickly - on a Saturday afternoon! Amazing. As a new customer I'm very pleased with everything so far and look forward to moving more of my services over to these guys.

Great service, very cheap and they even connect on TeamViewer when there is an issue. I've been with them for years and no complaints so far as everything gets fixed. The only thing is sometimes there isn't a support staff available but my guess it depends on the timezone, but 9/10 there is a support agent.
